• Our winter STUDENT CLINIC will be running every Tuesday evening in January!!!  It is a small class so book your slot early and often (the Chicago way!).  To register and for more information. . .

• NOTE: The Thursday night Rusri Daton class is cancelled until further notice. 

• NOTE:  There will be no Introduction to Thai Massage on Sunday, January 1.  It will resume again on January 8. 

• Paul Weitz will be teaching a 14 Hour Introduction to Thai Massage Weekend on January 14 and 15 at Prairie Yoga in Lisle, Illinois. Learn more and sign up

• Visiting from New York, Chance Kanfoush will be joining us for a weekend entitled "Movement Concepts for Bodyworkers".  This is our only workshop by a visiting teacher in the past year and we are really excited about it.  Learn more. . .

• For those who are interested in possibly joining us during one of our Six month programs, you are welcome to come by and visit us while we are teaching.  The next teaching weekends are Dec. 15-18, Jan. 12-15, Feb. 9-11.  Call first if you are interested. . . 312-361-0034.

• On Sunday evenings from 5-7pm, we will continue to run the Introduction to Thai Massage. Come by if you can and enjoy a relaxing and fun class of hands on partner stretching and movement informed by Thai bodywork. All are welcome!!! You don't need to sign up in advance. Just show up to our CSTM-Moksha location (2528 W. Armitage) as you would for any yoga class. Learn more about our weekly classes. . .

• Weekly Classes at CSTM every Monday and Thursday evening!!!  On Mondays we offer Meditation from 6-7:30pm.  Also on Mondays, we offer a Thai massage workshop from 7:30-9pm.    more. . .
